How It Works

The Optimising Your Own Performance (OYOP) programme is a years subscription to mental fitness training which shows you how to maintain good levels of happiness, deal with life's challenges, and make ‘best possible decisions’ and healthy choices about what to have going on in your own head.

The training offers five one-day workshops which explain more than 50 mental fitness skills which come in the form of ‘easy to do’ weekly practices which build a strong and capable mindset that enables you to achieve your potential.
